It is our pleasure to tell you we do ship globally, including Asia/Europe / United States / Canada / Australia / New Zealand.

Asia – We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping with any purchase over HK$800, excluding e-gift cards. For orders below HK$800, the shipping charge will be calculated upon weight as well as destination. 

For Taiwanese orders, customer should complete the real-name authentication for customs clearance before placing the order with us. Personal ID number will also be required for delivery arrangement.

The usual delivery time is 5-14 working days. We will deliver your order by Hong Kong Post or S.F. Express. 

Europe / United States / Canada / Australia / New Zealand – We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping with any purchase over HK$1,500, excluding e-gift cards. For orders below HK$1,500, the shipping charge will be calculated upon weight as well as destination. 

For standard shipping, the usual delivery time is 7-14 working days. We will deliver your order by Hong Kong Post. For express shipping, the usual delivery time is 3-7 working days, depending on the destination. We will deliver your order by UPS.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.You will then receive an email with the tracking number provided.

Please note we may not be able to deliver to certain areas. We suggest that you select a different shipping destination or contact our customer services team for further assistance. 

LEATHERAFT will not hold responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

Please be noted that custom fees, duties or import taxes may occur for overseas orders. Customer is responsible for paying the corresponding charges.

Any changes and cancellations are NOT accepted once an order has been placed. A discount code CANNOT be applied after you have placed an order.

If you have ordered more than one item, and any of them is a pre-ordered item, your entire order will only be shipped until the pre-ordered item is ready for delivery. We will notify you of any changes, but your order will remain. 

 

Item Tracking / Change of Address

  • After the goods are shipped, LEATHERAFT will provide the tracking number of the goods to the customer. If you need to change the address, please contact the express company to make another arrangement. The delivery time may be delayed, and the additional costs incurred must be paid by the customer.
  • If the customer fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact the express company to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to deliver repeatedly, your order may be cancelled, and LEATHERAFT will not issue a refund.
  • After placing the order, if there is any change in the delivery address or the selected delivery time, please contact LEATHERAFT immediately for arrangement.
  • A courier home delivery service does not include delivery to a residence. Therefore, if the customer causes damage to the items in the house during the moving period, LEATHERAFT will not be liable and compensate for any loss or damage.


Special arrangements due to bad weather

  • When the bad weather signal is hoisted or in force, or the express company judges that the weather is not safe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed. LEATHERAFT will contact you to change the delivery date.

In case of any dispute, LEATHERAFT reserves the right of final decision.
